[SOLVED] – CC3-103-00030302 error when scan to pdf
I have printer Brother 8880-DN and about 10 pcs with windows in the office. In one of them I have the strange situation with scan to pdf. The pc is with windows 7 32 bit and when I scan to pdf it gave me error : CC3-103-00030302 unable to write the file to „Destination folder
I was surprised that other people like me have the same problem with other brother models and I start to search fix for this. In microsoft answers site I found solutions , but doesn’t help. To fix this I create new user on windows and log in , after that I was able to scan to pdf files and everything was ok 🙂
Now I remember that I rename the first account on windows and I think the error was because of this.
